Convenient location and moderate price.
The morning breakfast. I don't call a cup of coffee and honey bun a breakfast.
The smoking room I had "booked" was not available when I arrived.
Closeness to downtown
No breakfast as listed loud arguing next room over
The conveinience of being downtown.
The staff was not very accommodating, or nice
Close to good restaurants and convention center.
Hotel needs updating.
Umm nothing. Stayed there three nights, the staff is very rude and absolutely would not give me an extra blanket or pillow, even though I asked everyday.
Everything. Found some weird bugs when we first got in...
location in the German Village and transit routes
diabetics can't have the doughnuts for breakfast
Although the website said breakfast buffet, none was offered.
It was close to downtown and OSU campus and was very easy to find (right on High Street). It was inexpensive for a very busy weekend (OSU/Michigan football weekend).
Almost everything electronic in the room was unplugged and it was extremely cold when we checked into the room. It took a long time for the room to warm up to a comfortable level.
The price was resonable. The location was good. It was easy to find and close to the Convention Center.
The lady at the front desk would not let us use the restroom eventhough we were staying there. I felt like that was rude.
It was close to our desired location (downtown Columbus) and the price was low.
It was run-down, the pillows were thin and it was noisy (yelling in the parking lot in early morning). The shower stream was so hard and thin it actually stung my skin and I had to turn the pressure to a dribble to be able to rinse!
I liked the location one mile from city center and it felt like a safe area.
I requested a non-smoking room. The room appeared and smelled like a non-smoking room until I turned on the air conditioner. The fan made the room smell like it had been smoked in.
It's in walking distance of many of the features in German Village.
I like it because it is a relatively safe neighborhood, close to restaurants and Shiller Park. It is a short drive from the Convention Center where I went on business.
When actually arrived at motel for check-in was able to use prefered credit card that was not allowable on booking site. Was able to retrieve a necklace accidently left behind.
Little misleading, there was no continental breakfast as advertised. Though we had booked a smoking room, we were given one marked no-smoking, and instead of changing they simply gave us an ash tray.
